Rentex is a full service property management company that was established by Michael Baribeau and his wife, Dianna Baribeau in the mid 1980’s. Mike managed a few buildings early in his real estate career, working in the family business The Baribeau Agency, which was established by his grandfather in 1927.

Recognizing the need for a full service management company, Rentex was formed as a separate division of the Baribeau Agency. Rentex covers a large area of southern mid-coast Maine and handles both single and multi-unit properties as well as seasonal cottages along the coast. Today, Rentex Property Management is one of the largest in the area and enjoys a stellar reputation for professionalism and competence in the business of property management.
